Centre For Psychotherapy provides several services related to counselling and psychotherapy. Below is a non-exhaustive list of the services we have provided and continue to provide.
We provide In Person (At our Premises), Online Counselling and Phone Counselling.
The issues we have managed fall within the broad classification of services listed below. It is not possible to provide and exhaustive list of issues we have managed.
We also offer Relationship Counselling in Singapore. This is for people who need help with their relationships.

Counselling and Psychotherapy
We help people of all ages and backgrounds. Our Centre has supported children, youth, adults, and the elderly. We’ve also made a significant impact on at-risk youth.
Our goal is to reach more young people in schools and their communities. We’ll use our unique programs that have helped our private youth clients. A key focus is on youth under 18.
We believe helping young people in school boosts their mental wellness. This benefit can extend into their adult life.
In addition, we offer Relationship Counselling in Singapore. This is for people needing help in their personal relationships.
–Individual
Individual Counselling / Therapy refers to Therapy for a single person, on a one to one basis.
-Group
Group Therapy refers to therapy with a group of people. They may be friends, or family.
–Workplace, Corporate Counselling
The Centre for Psychotherapy specializes in Workplace and Corporate Counselling. We have served various companies and agencies. We’ve counseled employees and held talks and workshops for firms in Singapore. Additionally, we provide Couples Counselling in Singapore.
–Marriage and Couples Therapy
Marriage/Couples Therapy is for both married and unmarried couples. Pre-marriage Therapy also falls under this category.
–Family Therapy
Family therapy is specific to the family unit and the family’s dynamics.
–Custody Disputes
The Centre for Psychotherapy helps with custody disputes and provides reports to Singapore’s Legal Services and State Courts. Our main concern is the children’s welfare. We also offer Couple Counselling in Singapore. Contact us to see how we can assist you.
– Pre-Sentence Support for those facing Criminal Charges
Counselling & Therapeutic Support for Accused individuals awaiting sentencing.
–Mindfulness Training and Application
Mindfulness Training and application for the masses. This is not a certification course. This is for people who would like to learn and apply Mindfulness to themselves.
–Group Experiential Therapy
Group Experiential Therapy is not widely known. It’s done in a group, re-enacting situations to boost awareness and understanding. This therapy helps participants understand their feelings. We also provide Couple Counselling in Singapore.

–Supervised Counselling Training
At the Centre for Psychotherapy, we believe in continuous learning. We learn from each other every day. Our students teach us as much as we teach them. We also gain knowledge from our clients daily.

We regularly provide Supervised Counselling Training (Supervision for Masters Students)
The course includes client contact hours under supervision. It readies postgraduate students for real-world counselling. Students learn practical skills beyond what textbooks offer. We’re proud our supervisees excel in their fields using this knowledge and skills.
